Hayley Silberg
Hayley Silberg came to acroyoga from the world of gymnastics. She trained for several years and has now been coaching kids and adults for 22 years. She has been running CAPTivate Gymnastics, an adult gymnastics club, for 5 years now. Outside of acro, Hayley enjoys rock-climbing, wrangling small children, and stand-up comedy.
