Crystal Nardico

Crystal is a boss ladybase and flyer combo who is passionate about building communities and spreading the teachings of AcroYoga / Thai massage all over the world. She began teaching in the hub of Los Angeles where she was surrounded by amazing mentors. She now lives in Denver Colorado where shes brings her wisdom and teachings to expand the community there. Outside of local offerings, she teaches at festivals all over such as AcroLove, Lightning in a Bottle, Colorado Acro Fest, Camp Camp Costa Rica, WonderLust and more! She also loves basing bases!
